Grand Matabiau

Grand Matabiau Digital Campus

The Grand Matabiau Campus will eventually have 50,000 square meters of offices and business premises dedicated to digital technologies, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The Metropolis wants to bring together all the companies and start-ups of the territory, and to attract others to this office area which will take place on the Faubourg-Bonnefoy, walking distance from the high-speed train station Matabiau. The ambition is also to host a major digital school to make Toulouse a European campus of excellence in the tech industry.

The setup of a totem building dedicated to digital innovation will enable the concentration of all the players in this sector, bringing together academia, industry, institutions and professional associations. The real estate offer near the train station and in the city center will allow the hosted companies to attract young talents and give them the opportunity to work and live close by, offering them a greener urban lifestyle.
